This axe was originally my Grandfather's.

After the head broke off, I decided to make it new again.

To do this, I took inspiration from Viking axes.

The hardest part was putting on these brass plates.

To do this, I cut a 1x1 inch brass bar down the middle and then carved out where the wood would sit.
Once I had the plates firmly in place, I shaped it to match the handle.
This is one of my longest running projects, and has taken me around three to four years to complete.

This ring comes from a very large nut that was ground away to produce this shape.

This pendent was textured using a ball-peen hammer.

This is one of, if not, the first hammer I ever re-handled.

This is a small one pound hammer that I decided to texture using a dremel.

This is a Mjölnir, the hammer of the norse god of thunder, Thor.

For Vikings, wearing this would be similar to wearing a cross today.

This is a kitchen knife that I made.

This is my first ever metal engraving.

This was the second handle I made for this hatchet head.

I had a Ball-Peen hammer head and an Axe handle, so I put the two together.
